In a few hours the year 2019 will end and the new year of 2020 will begin. In racing we often say our new year begins at the end of the last race, and at Joel Rayborne Racing that was no different. However, the holiday seasons and the remainder of 2019 are still fresh in everyone's mind. We for one are grateful for the time spent with friends and family these past few weeks.
That does not take away from the awesome year of 2019 we had. Even when you look up some of the rough parts of the year we still find it a growing and learning one. Best of all the racing season gives us time with our extended families.
2019 brought some new challenges, as have the past few years. Had the fortune to drive different cars this year, different classes, for different team owners, and with different crew, and what a blast it was. We had some good finishes and some finishes we would rather not talk about. Had races where we made A-Mains from heat races, some where we came from the B-mains, and some where we sat on the sidelines and watched the show.
The list of thank you's to everyone who helped is a very lengthy one. I will do my best but on behalf of myself and Joel Rayborne Racing let me take this moment to thank everyone for helping keep my dream alive and wish everyone a very Happy New Year!!
